All items should ship within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays instilled by the shipping services I use). 

Items will be shipped using Domestic and International rates provided by Canada Post. 

Items are available for local pickup, providing arrangements have been made in advance. 

Due to the nature of each handcrafted bag, I do not accept returns or cancellations and each item is final sale.  Please inspect each item carefully upon receipt and if any errors or flaws are present, please reach out within 14 days so that a resolution can be made. 

I do take great care in making certain that every piece is flawless and packaged carefully but there is always a possibility of something having been overlooked.

How can I change my shipping address?

You better be quick! Email sewnissa@gmail.com or reach out to me on Facebook if able. With things shipping so quickly, it can't be guaranteed if a day has passed since placing your order.

What is vinyl & faux leather?

Vinyl and faux leathers are vegan/plastic-based materials used in place of leather. It comes in many variations/weights/textures/prints.

Where are these items made?

All items are made in Calgary, AB by myself, Nissa, the owner. I handle every detail. From choosing fabrics to designing bags, I have created everything you see on the site from my home.

Are these items made near any allergens?

These items are all made in my home in my sewing room. My house is cat and dog friendly and I do consume foods with nuts in them. If these allergies are extreme for you, or this a concern, it is suggested you don't purchase from me at this time.

Can I have something made just for me?
